The ORG My Home Sweepstakes:
HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/15/07 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/15/08. Limit (1) one entry per person and per household for sweepstakes, regardless of entry method.
Internet Entry: Enter by visiting the ORG My Home registration page and submitting all of the required information. Online entries must be submitted on or before the 15th of each month to be eligible for the following month's drawing. All entries must be received by 6/15/2008, 11:59 p.m. (ET) to qualify for the final monthly drawing. All entries from the previous month's drawing will be entered into the following month's drawing. No person can win more than once.
Mail Entry: You can enter by traditional mail by typing no smaller than 12 point font or legibly hand printing on a piece of paper your name, complete address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. To mail your entry please affix with sufficient first-class postage and send to: ORG My Home Sweepstakes, 3311 Windquest Drive, Holland, MI 49424. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or by the 15th of each month to be eligible for the following month's drawing. All mail in entries must be postmarked by 6/15/2008 and received by 6/23/2008 to qualify for the final monthly drawing. All entries from the previous month's drawing will be entered into the following month's drawing. No person can win more than once.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents ages 21 and over of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. No P.O. boxes allowed. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will receive a do-it-yourself Easy Track organization solution for an area of their home - retail value up to but not to exceed $1,000.00 including tax and shipping. Prize does not include the actual assembly or installation of the organization solution. The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of receipt of notification after the announcement is made. If the winner does not claim the prize in time, another winner will be randomly selected. In the event that the organization solution that the winner designs does not total $1,000.00, the winner is not entitled in any way to any additional compensation. Any expenses over and above the $1,000.00 prize limit are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted under sponsor's supervision. The winners will be notified by phone and by registered express mail and will be announced on or by the end of each month on www.orghomesolutions.com.
PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the ORG My Home Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that ORG may send you information or special offers they believe may be of interest to you. If you'd prefer not to receive these offers, options for unsubscribing will be available in the e-mail you receive. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win this sweepstakes. During the Promotional Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which ORG deems are related to the sweepstakes and related programs. ORG will not share or sell customer information associated with this sweepstakes.
WINNER'S LIST: For names of winners, available after each month's drawings, or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (except VT) on or before July 14, 2008 to: ORG My Home Sweepstakes, 3311 Windquest Drive, Holland, MI 49424. Please specify "Official Rules" or "Winner List" on the outer envelope.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Winner hereby further agrees that it will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the entry to Sponsor within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness, and biographical material for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, by participating sweepstakes entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Ottawa County, MI. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. OTHER: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
